Company Training Guide

In 2021 I currated and produced an 81 page training manual for bartenders to use at a successful bar inside crown under the name Holey Moley. The manual was called the Bar Bible and has since been revamped 3 times to cater to different venues and brand style guides across the same company known as Funlab. The bar bible has since been extended to 112 pages and is still to this day being used in numerous different venues across the country to train new bartenders and help them understand the fundamentals behind the bar.
